With my jewelers saw! I have finally gotten over my fear of using it and have mastered how to cut out a standard-sized dog tag with minimal filing and refining. When I cut out my first one, my shape was very jagged and I was so afraid of messing it up by trying to trim it down, I think I ended up filing and shaping it for about 1-2 hours. So when I cut out 2 more, I was thrilled and shocked that I barely spent 5 minutes filing each of them.
I started by watching a couple of YouTube videos from instructors that show you how to thread your saw and how to use it. You definitely want to have PepeLube, bench block, sheets of copper, blades and a simple jewelers saw. All of these can be found at RioGrande, Beaducation and MonsterSlayer. Make sure you practice with some copper before you start playing with silver.
